- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted.
Defective Products and Liability
Eco Packaging Masters defines a defective product as one that has a manufacturing or construction error. The following are not considered defects:
- Cracking due to the expansion of paperboard material.
- Minor cracking on non-laminated cardstock.
- Bends or scratches from mishandling or shipping.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 7 days. Our liability is limited to the value of the defective product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you have the right to use and distribute it. Eco Packaging Masters is not responsible for color shifts, errors, or issues in artwork that you provide.
Order Approval and Proofing
All orders require proof approval before production. If you do not approve your proof within 48 hours, we will proceed with production as is, and you accept responsibility for any errors.
Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payments via PayPal, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. Production will only begin once payment is cleared. Late payments may incur interest as per the applicable invoice terms.
